Sabrina Lin wins Travel Award
Sabrina Lin (Graduate Student in the Talbot Lab) Wins Athersys Travel Award
Athersys Corporation generously provided travel support for a UCR student to attend the International Stem Cell Research Meetings in Philadelphia this June. Sabrina Lin was chosen by the Awards Committee to be the recipient of the Athersys award this year. Sabrina submitted an abstract which she will present on her stem cell work dealing with assessment of toxicity of cigarette smoke using stem cell assays.
